In adhocracy+, citizens are at the forefront. We believe that they are experts in their own lives and communities. Therefore, it's crucial that their voices are heard! Everyone has ideas and suggestions—even if not all of them can be implemented. But the more people participate and engage in discussion, the better decisions become. Because through diverse perspectives and strong arguments, more inclusive solutions can always be found.
