+A project is not (only) successful if many participants have taken part. For the participants, what counts most is whether they were able to make a difference through their participation. Therefore you should
+  - publish the results or a summary/analysis of the results and describe the next steps
+  - hand over the results (with public relations work) to the decision makers
+  - inform the participants about the decisions taken.
