 +The subject of discussion must be in line with the target group because only a topic relevant to the target group will be accepted by the target group. Usually the motivation to participate increases with the degree of involvement. A balance must be found between participation in an early project stage (potentially great influence, but abstract level) or a late project stage (potentially little influence, but concrete basis for discussion). Depending on the topic, it is recommended that online and offline participation complement each other. Some topics also require a high level of support.
