Embed online participation into your project schedule and link it to offline participation formats. Understand online participation as a supplement to face-to-face formats and vice versa. • Is a kick-off event planned to promote online participation?
• Are accompanying workshops taking place, the results of which will be incorporated into the online discourse or in which the results of the online discourse will be incorporated?
• Are there several phases of online participation, e.g. the submission of ideas with subsequent voting?
• Is there a ceremonial presentation of the results to the decision makers?
