Moderation concept
Moderation plays a central role during the participation period (see Phase 3). Appoint a moderator or a moderation team in advance and define the key points in a moderation concept. The daily review of incoming contributions is associated with personnel costs. It may be advisable to outsource the moderation.
- Who is available when?
- Who answers what kind of question and how?
- When does the moderation intervene in the discussion?
- Who has the authority to delete inappropriate contributions?
