A project is not (only) successful if many participants have taken part. What counts for the participants is primarily whether they were able to make a difference through their participation. Therefore you should

1. publish the results or a summary/evaluation of the results and describe the next steps
2. hand over the results (with publicity) to the decision-makers
3. inform the participants about the decisions taken.

All information about the result should be published in the results tab. Furthermore, you can send an info mail (newsletter) to all persons who follow your project.
